Wonderful base for 4 nights. Breakfast with a gorgeous view. Nice cosy and beautiful room with a balcony and USB ports. Very comfy bed. Amazing and good location off the main road.

Loved it - the place is nice and suited me fine. You'll need to walk 15 minutes to get to the bus stop.

Spent 3 lovely days in Sa Pa. Booked the hotel for its stunning location near Fansipan and shops, restaurants. Hotel is on the side of the mountain. 4. Thoughtful and amicable staff. 5. Gorgeous breakfast.

The location was amazing, just a short walk away from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden. We truly enjoyed the inside of the deluxe queen room, it featured a nice decor.

This place is conveniently situated near many great restaurants and cafes, right in the heart of the city.

Great value for the money, the room was comfortable and well-decorated with stunning views of the mountains and valleys. The location was ideal, within walking distance to attractions but still felt secluded. The host, Linh, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel well taken care of.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast options better would be to offer a wider variety of choices.

The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance to multiple good restaurants, Cat Cat village, and the center. We even enjoyed a short walk to Why Bar Sapa for some shots before turning in. The Mintu Home in Sa Pa is well-situated, just a short walk away from several great dining options, Cat Cat village, and the town center. Plus, we were able to stroll over to Why Bar Sapa for some shots before heading back to the hotel.

The host was incredible, one of the best I've ever had. She made sure we were comfortable at all times. The location of the homestay was perfect - close enough to the city center for convenience, but also far enough away to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful views of nature.- The views from our room were stunning, especially during sunny weather. We had a gorgeous view of the mountains and rice fields.

The bathroom was quite basic, although the room itself was clean and provided everything we needed. The homestay had pets, which may be a concern for those who are allergic or not a fan of animals.
